A local practice.
A very human purpose.
We believe good care begins with connection. Allis Mental Health is an independent therapy practice rooted in West Allis and the people who make this community what it is.

Care doesn’t happen
in a vacuum.
Your life extends beyond a therapy session. It includes family, work, school, relationships and the places you call home.
That’s why community matters to us. Our supplied practice materials describe work with schools and the wider community, alongside care in the therapy room. We want support to feel connected to real life.

Behind the practice.
Part of the community.
Ross leads Allis Mental Health and supports the practice’s work in West Allis. A former high-school social studies teacher, he brings an interest in photography, people and their stories to the practice. His role is practice leadership; he does not see therapy clients.
At the heart of Allis is a team of therapists with different experiences and a shared commitment to making space for people’s stories.
